Legendary NC State baseball coach Sam Esposito dies


Former NC State baseball coach and assistant basketball coach Sam Esposito passed away Monday. Esposito was 86. He was the head baseball coach in Raleigh for 21 years, leading the Wolfpack to 513 wins during his tenure. He also served as an assistant coach with the basketball program for 12 years and helped NC State to the 1974 national championship. (WRAL Sports Fan)
