North Carolina Bold Prediction: The running back group will have a much bigger impact for the Tar Heel offense than in 2017. This season, Larry Fedora has said that the quarterback competition is up for grabs with Chazz Surratt and Nathan Elliott. However, the Tar Heels return their top two running backs from 2017, as well as hope for a top transfer to play.
