Panthers put 4 players, including Julius Peppers, on physically unable to perform list


After 16 NFL seasons, the Carolina Panthers aren’t worried about rushing defensive end into his 17th one. Peppers will begin training camp on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list as he continues to recover from offseason surgery on his right shoulder. But general manager Marty Hurney isn't concerned about the health of the future Hall of Famer. (Charlotte Observer)
