Penn State flips UNC WR commit Emery Simmons

Penn State has flipped North Carolina wide receiver commit Emery Simmons, a 2019 speedster from Hope Mills (N.C.) South View. The three-star recruit committed to North Carolina last month after being an Indiana pledge for three months. He's the second Tar Heel commit that Penn State has flipped this cycle, joining defensive lineman Hakeem Beamon. (247 Sports)
