Andrew Miller healthy, but will continue injury rehab

Beyond ensuring that Andrew Miller is healthy, the Cleveland Indians want to make sure the veteran relief ace has regained his rhythm on the mound before activating him from the disabled list. Based on his recent Minor League rehab outings, Miller has yet to reach that point. "The good news is he's healthy," manager Terry Francona said prior to Sunday's game.
