Are Tar Heels new favorites to land 4-star DB?

UNC flipped former Duke football quarterback commit Chazz Surratt a few years back. Now, they have their eyes on another former Blue Devils commit who is one of the better players in North Carolina. Four-star defensive back Tony Davis announced his decommitment from Duke on Monday and was on campus for UNC football's Cook Out event last weekend.
