UNC PG Commit Jeremiah Francis Suffers Setback

A couple days in a row, North Carolina point guard commit Jeremiah Francis's surgically-repaired knee felt great. After those couple days, however, the pain came back. Every time. Two good days. A week off. That's what Francis's last five months have been like. Turns out, he knew his body well. On Tuesday, Francis underwent microfracture surgery in Chapel Hill.
