The good, the bad, the puzzling of NCAA's new basketball recruiting rules

The NCAA announced sweeping changes to the college basketball landscape Wednesday, all of which will go into effect by next April. There was much that I liked and some that I didn’t. I like how undrafted players can now return to college. For years, there have been horror stories of players leaving too early for the NBA and failing to hear their name called on draft night.
