Matt Harvey talks mistakes and tears on night Mets honor him

Matt Harvey sat in the visitors’ dugout at Citi Field on Monday, speaking to a wave of reporters and displaying as many emotions and traits as there were microphones and recorders thrust in his face. Harvey seemed remorseful about how his Mets life ended. He was contrite for some of the incidents that caused his fall from grace — from the Dark Knight to a guy traded to another division.
