The Cardinals got back to their 90-man limit Friday by signing cornerback Tim Scott to a one-year contract. The one-time undrafted free agent out of North Carolina has spent time with the Redskins, Browns, Cowboys and Giants since getting into the NFL in 2015. Scott, 25, played in one game with New York last season and spent much of the season on the Giants' practice squad.
