An examination of UNC's 2019 basketball recruiting class and the players who currently hold offers from Roy Williams. This could be a boom-or-bust class. If the Tar Heels were to land Jeremiah Francis (already committed), Cole Anthony, Tre Mann, and either of IMG teammates Josh Green and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, UNC would challenge for a top-3 recruiting class in the country.
