North Carolina on the rise with Tre Mann

Tre Mann established himself as one of the top point guards in the 2019 class this summer, and North Carolina is on the rise in his "Crystal Ball" collection of analysts predictions. "I've been wanting an offer from (UNC) for the longest," Mann said. With a UNC official visit scheduled for September 14, several analysts have the Tar Heels leading over Florida and then Tennessee.
