Nathan Elliott has been working toward this moment since he first picked up a football. On Sept. 1 in Berkley, Calif., the junior will step out on the Memorial Stadium field as the Week 1 starting quarterback for the North Carolina Tar Heels. It has been a long journey for Elliott. He arrived at UNC with little expectations. He was the No. 28 dual-threat quarterback in the 2015 class. (Inside Carolina)
