Reggie Bullock was the Detroit Pistons' most pleasant surprise last season, experiencing a breakout season during his fifth year in the NBA. Bullock is sure to maintain his starting role under new Pistons coach Dwane Casey. Bullock provides outstanding value on a team with some high-priced contracts. He'll be in line for a big raise if he experiences a similar season.
