UNC Women's Soccer Rallies In Second Half For Anson Dorrance's 999th Win

The UNC women's soccer team rallied with three goals in the second half to defeat Illinois Thursday 3-1 at Finley Field South (Highlights). The game was the season opener for both teams and featured a classic coaching matchup between UNC's Anson Dorrance and Illinois' Janet Rayfield. Dorrance is in his 42nd year of coaching at UNC and Thursday's win was the 999th of his career.
