North Carolina’s 2018-19 basketball season got off to an early start on Friday as the Tar Heels topped the Bahamas All-Stars, 112-91, in the first of two preseason exhibition contests at the Kendal G.L. Isaacs Gymnasium in Nassau. There was plenty of good, a smidge of bad and a bit of ugly, which is to be expected in August with new additions and countless rotations in play.
