Inside UNC Sports: The Mental Game


UNC’s commitment to athletics is evident in the construction of new facilities totaling more than $100 million. It's also apparent in support services the school provides to student-athletes. Among those services is the Carolina Athletics Mental Health and Performance Psychology Program, launched in January 2017. The program provides clinical and performance enhancement services.
