Cleveland Indians being careful with lefty Andrew Miller

The good thing is that Andrew Miller's right knee is strong. The challenging thing is that Miller is still building strength in his left arm, which has limited his use out of the Indians' bullpen. "I'm absolutely glad that's the focus as opposed to dealing with the knee again," said Miller before Friday's game against the Royals. "It's about getting in pitching shape."
