Larry Fedora Live: New College Football Rules Changes


College football is going to be a little different this year, courtesy of some rules changes that occurred during the offseason. The most notable is the ability for teams to fair catch kickoffs and have the ball put into play at the 25-yard line, although others, such as blocking below the waist now being illegal more than five yards beyond the line of scrimmage, also have drawn headlines.
