Andrew Miller put on DL with shoulder ailment


has endured five months of starting and stalling this season in an effort to get fully healthy and primed for an October run with the Indians. The left-hander encountered another setback Wednesday. Prior to the Tribe's game against the Twins, the Indians placed Miller on the 10-day disabled list (retroactive to Monday) due to an external impingement in his left shoulder. (MLB.com)
