Cleveland Indians' Andrew Miller says 'it's full speed ahead' after encouraging bullpen session

Terry Francona knew the news was going to be good before he heard it. Pitching coach Carl Willis had just watched Andrew Miller throw his first bullpen session since he went on the disabled list for the third time on Aug. 29 with an impingement in his left shoulder. Willis told Francona that the "ball came out really hot" from Miller's left hand in the visitor's bullpen Thursday.
