Thirteen players were suspended in August for selling team-issued shoes, with nine drawing a four-game reprimand. That number was reduced to three after Hurricane Florence forced cancellation of the UCF game, as the punishment was to reflect 30 percent of the schedule. So, week five is here, though it’s game four, as UNC visits Miami and welcomes back eight players.
