North Carolina was tested by the Tigers in Clemson, but ultimately they came away with the 81-79 win. Down by two with the ball, the Tigers had a chance to tie or take the lead but they were unable to get off a clean shot against the UNC defense. Coby White led UNC in scoring with 28 points. Cameron Johnson added 19.
