Former UNC wide receiver Anthony Ratliff-Williams has been praised for his athleticism, and he had an impressive would-be reception on Tuesday to go along with another one of the most impressive catches of the Tennessee Titans' offseason. If he can continue to make plays like these, he’ll quickly become one of quarterback Marcus Mariota’s favorite targets.
