68. North Carolina: The Tar Heels return one of the ACC’s top blockers in tackle Charlie Heck and a talented tandem (Antonio Williams and Michael Carter) at running back. True freshman Sam Howell could start right away at quarterback. However, North Carolina’s defense will be a work in progress after giving up 34.5 points per game last fall.
