11. Ty Lawson (2006-09, PG): Lawson’s incredible 2009 season is one of the best by a point guard in the history of the ACC. On the surface, his per-game numbers of 16.6 PPG and 6.6 APG look good if not extraordinary. But, digging a little deeper, Lawson’s combination of scoring efficiency and ball protection make his junior season truly historic.
