Antonio Williams referenced Sam Howell's ability to command the huddle as a significant reason why he's in the position he's in. Not all freshmen possess that trait. But Williams sensed Howell might after playing against him in 2015, when Williams was at North Stanly High School in New London and Howell was a freshman at Sun Valley High School in Monroe.
