UNC Secondary Steps Up; The Plan for Cam'Ron Kelly

Cam'Ron Kelly became eligible for the 2019 season Wednesday of last week. It was too late to get him into the game plan for the South Carolina game, but UNC's staff has big plans for the former four-star defensive back from Virginia.
