Javonte Williams Emerges as Force for UNC

Entering the 2019 season, Javonte Williams was hyped as a potential breakout player but remained part of the Tar Heels' talented running back group that also featured veterans Antonio Williams and Michael Carter. After two games, Williams has emerged as UNC's leading back with 28 carries for 178 yards (6.4 yards per carry) and one touchdown.
