Vince Carter doesn’t want the spotlight in his NBA-record season

If this were happening to someone else, Vince Carter would probably celebrate, he’d reminisce, he’d make a big deal about it. But it’s not someone else about to play an NBA-record 22nd season. It’s not a fellow player about to become the first to play in four decades. It’s Carter himself. So, he’s a little conflicted at the notion of a farewell tour.
