Posted Oct 6, 2019
Sam Howell had a huge day in North Carolina's 38-22 win, and even made some school history. Howell accounted for the most yards by a UNC freshman since quarterback Ronald Curry had 370 yards against Stanford in 1998. He accounted for the most yards passing ever, surpassing Darian Durant’s mark of 361. The signal caller threw for 376 yards.
