Heels bring experience to CWS

After finishing as the CWS runner-up to Oregon State in 2006 and 2007, the Tar Heels are hopeful that past experiences in Omaha will work to their advantage in a quest for the program's first national championship. "I think it [CWS experience] definitely helps," Carolina sophomore first baseman said Friday following the Tar Heels' workout at Rosenblatt Stadium. "Once you have guys in situations, they're not going to panic. They know what to expect. I think that helps big time." (Carolina Blue)
