Stormy weather puts damper on Halloween activities in Chapel Hill

Despite the storms that moved through the Triangle on Thursday, some people still decided to brave the conditions and attend Halloween on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. The annual event brings thousands of people each year to the popular strip. On Thursday, many who came out decked in costumes ended up getting wet and running for shelter. (WRAL.com)
