With 3 minutes to go Sunday, the score was tied and the knees began knocking. Just as expected. Only it wasn’t North Carolina’s freshmen who started feeling the pressure of their Atlantic Coast Conference debut. It was N.C. State’s veterans. Until it proves otherwise, which it still has plenty of time to do, this version of the Wolfpack remains just as predictable as always — a lot of howl, but not much bite.
