UNC is very methodical and deliberate with its basketball scholarship offers. They don’t just throw out offers. UNC’s focus has been on the 2020 class until recently. Thus far they’ve given out five scholarship offers in the 2021 class: Pat Baldwin, Paolo Banchero, Kennedy Chandler, Trevor Keels, and Chet Holmgren. In my opinion, UNC is right on schedule.
