UNC strength coach Brian Hess and his staff are putting together workouts for football players to do at home. A gallon of water can become a kettle bell. A coffee table can become a bench. With the coronavirus outbreak halting team workouts, he’s falling back on his experience. "This isn’t the first time I’ve had to write a program with no weights involved."
