New Names on the Landscape for UNC Building Names and Campus Spaces

In the wake of the decision by the UNC-Chapel Hill Board of Trustees to rescind the 16-year moratorium on building renaming that was enacted in 2015, many members of the UNC community have suggested potential new namesakes for campus buildings and public spaces. In this post, we’re gathering some of the names that have come up most often.
