Incumbency could give Bears’ QB Mitch Trubisky the edge

There’s no doubt that an abbreviated or nonexistent NFL preseason will affect the Chicago Bears quarterback derby. In theory, it gives Mitch Trubisky an edge because of his familiarity with the offense and most of his receivers. Nick Foles might be the people’s choice, but he has been behind from the start because of the COVID-19 restrictions.
