NCSU star Julius Hodge investigated for attempted sexual assault

The Denver Nuggets' top draft pick this year, Julius Hodge of North Carolina State, is under investigation for attempted sexual assault. A 37-year-old woman filed a complaint with police Thursday alleging Hodge attempted to sexually assault her at his condominium. The alleged attempt happened at about 11 p.m. Wednesday, about 12 hours before the complaint was filed. Hodge was not arrested and he is cooperating.
