The CBS Sports Preseason All-America Teams were voted on by college basketball writers as well as broadcasters and analysts from CBS Sports Network. Third Team: Garrison Brooks, UNC - A six-man recruiting class ranked No. 2 in the county will help lighten Brooks' burden, but the Tar Heels will still rely heavily on Brooks for scoring and leadership.
