Penalty Issues Lingering For UNC Football

breaking the rules of football has been an issue for the Tar Heels all season. They don’t commit the most penalties in the country nor the conference. Their 57 penalties rank 9th in the ACC. But when they do break the rules, they are often drive-changing mistakes for high-yardage. UNC ranks 113th nationally with 77.6 penalty yards per game. (Inside Carolina)
