Chapel Hill warns fans not to gather on Franklin Street after Saturday's UNC-Duke game

The Town of Chapel Hill does not want to see a repeat of the hundreds of mostly-maskless Tar Heel fans who flooded Franklin Street last month when North Carolina beat Duke in basketball. Town leaders and the Orange County Health Department issued a warning Tuesday that a second celebration after Saturday's rematch would not be tolerated. (WRAL Sports Fan)
