Free agency a defining moment for Mitch Trubisky?

Former North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky enters NFL free agency this week. Is there a team out there that thinks that the Chicago Bears underdeveloped Trubisky and can unleash his full potential in a better offense? Or have four seasons of inconsistency defined Trubisky as a break-in-case-of-emergency backup? Or something else in between? (Chicago Sun-Times)
