Heels on path to Super Regionals

North Carolina is one win away from advancing to the NCAA Super Regionals. Sophomore pitcher Alex White made sure of it, allowing only one run and three hits in a complete game as UNC throttled UNC-Wilmington 5-1 Saturday night. UNC, the top seed in its regional, got on the scoreboard first when Tim Fedroff hit into a double play that scored Dustin Ackley to make it 1-0.
