North Carolina closes out ACC Tournament group play with NC State on Friday at 7 p.m. UNC is coming off a 5-3 loss to Pittsburgh to open the ACC Tournament. The Tar Heels check in at No. 45 in nonconference RPI and No. 15 in nonconference strength of schedule, which is first among Power 5 teams. Carolina leads the all-time series 168-138-1.
