Buzz Peterson is embarking on his fifth offseason with the Charlotte Hornets in his role as a talent evaluator. He's also the president of basketball operations for the Greensboro Swarm, Charlotte's G League affiliate. Serving as a right-hand man of sorts to GM Mitch Kupchak, he plays a key part in the organization's personnel evaluation and NBA Draft process.
