Ronnie McGill recovering from torn tendon

First, North Carolina tailback Ronnie McGill heard a loud pop. Then he noticed his left arm wasn't holding up its side of the 405-pound free weights on the bench press very well. "It was the worst five seconds, ever," said McGill, who would be UNC's starting tailback if he hadn't torn a tendon connected to his left pectoral muscle in mid-June.
