No. 11 UNC Men’s Soccer Bounces Back With Win At Virginia


The North Carolina men’s soccer team got back in the win column with a 2-0 victory at Virginia Saturday. During a scoreless first half, UNC was outshooting its opponent, yet still stood level on the scoreboard. A Virginia handball gave UNC a penalty kick, and Santiago Herrera coolly slotted the ball past the goalkeeper to give the Tar Heels a 1-0 lead. (Chapelboro.com)
