North Carolina may be underperforming on the football field this season but the Tar Heels are on the verge of finishing the cycle with a top-10 recruiting class. There’s still time to go, but if its accomplished, its two current 5-star recruits in Travis Shaw and Lynchburg (Va.) Liberty Christian Academy offensive tackle Zach Rice will be a major reason why.
