UNC football heads to transfer portal, offers defensive back Quincy Riley

Former 3-star recruit and Middle Tennessee State defensive back Quincy Riley announced Monday that he has received an offer from North Carolina while in the transfer portal. Riley entered the portal on February 16th and also has drawn interest from programs such as Mississippi State, NC State, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, and Ole Miss. (USA Today)
